Why training? I've seen it work. I've seen us secure work and strengthen jurisdiction time and again, and I believe in the value of it. It's been my privilege to be part of Local 510's training program since its inception more than twenty years ago.

Most of you have been a part of our training program. Each one of can contribute to create a better, safer and happier work environment. We've come a long way, and there's still a long way to go. We are leaving a legacy that proves that our union is greater than the sum of its individual parts. That's something to be proud about.
