This 4th of July come out to highlight the need for equity and justice and support transformative policies that will positively impact Black and other minoritized people's lives - policies such as ACA 5. ACA 5, which will repeal Prop. 209 and reestablish affirmative action in California. Supporting it will have an immensely positive impact on the Black community and all ethnically minoritized communities in California. By coming together and sending a clear message of support, we can help provide better access, equity, and hope for future generations and you can help lead the way.

We need to fight back. Can we count on you to uplift democracy? Will you demand that the San Jose City Council correct the Clerk's gross mismanagement by putting the San José Fair Elections Initiative on the November 2020 ballot? The integrity of our local elections depends on it.
